Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact.slipperslappers@gmail.com and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items, personalized items, or final sale items.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the item(s) to ensure that they are in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging. If the item(s) meet these conditions, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the item(s).
Exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact.slipperslappers@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide you with a return authourization number and instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect the item(s) and issue a refund.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) are defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your returned item(s), as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
